Weight Track Week 1 - 4

At my heaviest I was a 14 Stone 7lb pregnant lady with my second son. This is me on Christmas Day 2012, three days before I gave birth.

Start Weight Watchers 03/05/14 at 12st 6lb (174lb)

Since September 2013 I seem to have been stuck between 169lb and 174lb so to get motivated to continue to lose I joined Weight Watchers on 03/05/14 with a starting weight of 12 stone 6lb. 

Week 1: Lost 3lb 
Started on Simple Start but half way through switched to ProPoints. I craved chocolate this week so had a little. 

Week 2: Lost 2.5lb 
Tracking everything I have eaten gets you thinking how you actually eat. This week I craved Cake, again I gave in but instead of a whole slice I shared it. 
In two weeks I lost 5.5lb and this is me exercising in a BuggyFit class 
                                    
Week 3: Lost 1.5lb 
Lost 1/2 stone in total woohoo! Struggled this week as wanted bad food so pigged out a little but on Weight Watchers cake and bars but exercised a lot. So 1.5lb was pretty good.

Week 4: Lost 2lb
This week has been hard as been stuck in the house most of it with kids so got bored and ended up picking at food plus hardly any exercise. I also introduced wine back on the menu and ended up having it 4 nights out of 7 Opps! 
So losing 2lb was a shock and reaching my 5% goal. 

TOTAL LOST

I measured my hips, waist, thigh and upper arm when I started and found I've lost inches after just 4weeks its amazing, I can fit in jeans that were hard to do up before and I'm down a dress size.
Waist lost 3"
Hips lost 2"
Thigh lost 2"
Upper arm lost 0.5"

Here I'd to the next 4 weeks :))))
