Weight Track Weeks 29-GOAL

Week 29: gained 0.5lb :(
Started off Okay but back to snacking again I can't help it but I must stop if I want to lose that 0.5lb this week. 

Not a good week I ate all daily and went over with the weeklies as has dominos, chocolate and wine plus with the snacking. 

Week 30: 2lb Lose
Motivate yourself its a new week. 1lb to lose.

The week started well I had some slip ups but have done plenty of walking and I only got to GOAL. 

WOOHOO! I did it so chuffed.
