Weight Track Goal and Beyond

At week 30 on my weight lose journey I made it to Goal and over by 1lb. 
10 stone 5lb on 29th November 2014

Since then I have gone off track as I no longer have my weight watchers app so I started eating the things I haven't for so long like sausage and chips, chocolate, cake, proper crisps so I was surprised to have only gained 1.5lb on week 33 20th December 2014 which took me to 10 Stone 7.5lb. 
Then it was Christmas which meant family get togethers which included buffet food, alcohol, chocolate and roast dinners. I felt bigger and my trousers felt a little tight. At week 
35 3rd January 2015 I had gained 5lb eek! Which makes me now 10st 12.5lb. 

6.5lb over my goal weight now gutted but I had eaten badly so I should count myself lucky. I have now got a weight watchers calculator and diary so I am writing everything down I eat. First day went well but second day we had a relatives birthday which meant lunch and cake so I'm now trying but I keep getting chocolate cravings and giving in but I have given up alcohol for the month in aid of Cancer Research so hopefully that will help the weight. 

My aim is to lose all my gained weight and more by my birthday on 12th March. Here goes :)
