I haven't been writing my thoughts for sometime so today is a good day I think to reflect. What a year it has been with emotional ups and downs, family fall outs, child behaviour problems, first child starting school and a major stress head at the beginning of the year after coming off medication but I seem to be ending the year stressed but that is mainly due to kids and out of control eating so feel rubbish.
So not the best year but maybe I should look at positives I finally have free time insight to make things happen for myself. I just agreed to train to be an avon leader so I may finally see money and increase my confidence. If not with Avon my youngest son will be starting play group in January so I may see opportunities for a job. I have made some good friends so don't feel as lonely as I did. My husband would like to become a photographer so hopefully things will happen for him.
Ollie has learnt so much already at school he now knows the alphabet, write letters and numbers. Joel's speech has improved no end. So I hope for nicer times in 2016.
First to do is go on a major health kick to lose approx 14lb and feel better about me which will hopefully improve my mood so that would make kids and hubby happier.

Round 2 Boot Camp Day 5
Yay! Reached day 5
Started the day with porridge with banana and a cup of tea.
Walked into town and did my Avon rounds so gained few calories so treated myself and youngest son to an Asda lunch. I went for the healthy chicken veg salad and water I also had a bit of banana as Joel wouldn't finish it.
Very tasty.
I had a fab lolly this afternoon which is not on the menu but 89 calories.
For dinner I had chicken breast with a rainbow of peppers and onion.
Really bad and had a glass of wine and a couple of squares of chocolate tonight.

Round 2 Boot Camp Day 4
Had a sneaky weigh in this morning and look now, down 3lb 2/4 in 3 days. Two more to go.
I can't seem to eat as much in the morning so instead of toast with eggs for Breakfast as on the boot camp menu I had a tea cake which is just 164 calories and a cup of tea.
Lunch is carrot and coriander soup then had a few grapes and a yogurt.
Feeling so hungry today so gave in to some mini choc buttons eek! Feel so guilty now.
Dinner Quorn steak with a mix of roasted vegetables.
Felt hungry this evening so had a yogurt.
Also started the July fitness challenge which I missed yesterday so had to stand and kneel for 2 minutes and also did side planks that was pretty much all the exercise I did.

Round 2 Boot Camp Day 3
On the menu is eggs or omelette for breakfast but really can't face that this morning so going for porridge instead.
First start was a cup of tea.
For lunch I had the omelette which was 2 eggs, 2 mushrooms, onion and pepper with salad on side.
I went round to a friends house with the boys so we all had an ice lolly but didn't give in to the sweets on offer (so hard).
Dinner I had the lunch menu which was sweet potato with beans and salad. So nice love sweet potato. I was also very hungry by this point.
For dessert I had half a yogurt over strawberries.

Round 2 Boot Camp Day 2
Started the day with porridge and a cup of tea. Simple but tasty and filling.
Ending the night with a green tea.
I was going to have Quorn steak but hubby decided to buy a Hestons fish pie which wasn't on the menu to have potato but still under 400 calories. It was pretty tasty with an added salad.
And dessert was a doughnut peach which is the closest I'll be getting to a doughnut.

Round 2 Boot Camp Day 1
After boot camp and a wedding I started being silly with food again so today I will start boot camp all over. I started eating better yesterday although I did have some handmade cake but that was the only bad thing as refused wine 3 times and Chocolate - this weight has to come off and only I can do it.
I bought some weight watchers scales as best reviews. I know you shouldn't keep weighing yourself but I was 11st 7 1/4 yesterday so already lost some ha!
Following the NBS Boot Camp Diet again (see previous posts) I had a yogurt for breakfast and 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes and onion to make an omelette for lunch followed by a cup of green tea.
Trying to keep busy as both my boys home and always ask for snacks which doesn't help me at all. Sticking to herbal tea mostly today to combat snack attacks.
Dinner was Salmon with a mix of peppers, onion, tomato, courgette and sprinkle of ginger.
I have had an ice lolly with my boys after dinner which isn't on the menu but just 39 calories. Which I should have bent off with my frantic cleaning earlier in the day.

Good Boot Camp Results
Well after 5 days of the boot camp diet I lost an inch off waist, belly and hips which is amazing so pleased.
My bust stayed the same though unfortunately this is where I'd like to lose a little to feel more comfortable in certain tops as alittle tight.
I'm not sure on what I exactly lost in lbs as I couldn't get to weighing scales but it was 3lb on day 3 so it must have been 1 or 2 more.
I will be carrying on eating healthy with the odd treat here and there as I really want to feel comfortable in my clothes and not conscious of any over hang.

Day 5 Food Boot Camp
Yay! Made it to the last day woohoo!
Off the menu I did have an ice lolly but that's under 50 calories.
Today's menu
So this morning I had porridge with a few blueberries and 2 cups of tea.
Lunch was a weight watchers chicken soup which was a little late in the day as I'd been out completing chores so lots of walking today.
Mid afternoon I had another tea and a herbal tea as was hungry.
Dinner was salmon with courgettes, peppers and mushrooms which was lovely.
Off the menu I did have an ice lolly but that's under 50 calories.
Still feeling hungry as I had plenty of exercise with walking and squats so had a Greek strawberry yogurt snack.

Day 4 Food Boot Camp
Nearly at the end but it hasn't been too bad except for yesterday.
I think I had far too much fruit today as had a bit of a funny tummy after.
Today's menu:
I'm switching breakfast and lunch again so breakfast was yogurt and a banana plus a cup of tea.
Lunch is 2 poached eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and some beans that I didn't get to eat yesterday. I'm not too bothered about the bread so left it out.
Had some pineapple mid afternoon as had some hunger pangs with a green tea.
Dinner was chicken, asparagus and peppers which was actually pretty good even though no sauce.
Then pineapple, melon, blueberries and a little meringue nest as needed something sweet.
I think I had far too much fruit today as had a bit of a funny tummy after.
I've finished the day with a herbal tea.

Day 3 Food Boot Camp
Wow half way through and it has been okay I have felt hungry like this morning but today started with Garcinia Cambogia supplement 30 minutes before breakfast so had a tea.
Today's menu:
Breakfast is two boiled eggs as seemed like it was more than eating poached.
Lunch was a little harder today as I was out with a friend. I tried to get some soup but they then said all gone typical so I only had a banana, plum and a bottle of water. So felt very hungry in the afternoon.
I did weigh myself and already lost 3lb I'm amazed but I have been on under 800 calories a day.
Dinner was at my mother in laws who was very sweet and made a lovely salad with a mix of peppers, cucumber and salad leaves with Turkey slices which was lovely then an apricot yogurt for dessert.
I've been pretty hungry today as I missed lunch so calculated my calories and it's only approx 534 which is far too low so I had a yogurt late evening.

Day 2 Food Boot Camp
Couldn't wait for breakfast today so had porridge with a handful of blueberries and a cup of tea. Already feeling better for this as I think normally I have so much sugar in a day and wheat I'm less bloated.
Lunch is Tuscan bean soup and a banana that I had mid afternoon with a green tea.
Dinner consisted of small chicken breast with a mountain of broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots plus a little spinach. I did miss having potato like the rest of the family but got through.
I finished the day with a green tea, never drank so much green tea.

Day 1 Food Boot Camp
Here we go I'm starting a 5 day boot camp as apparently you can lose 4-8lb in 5 days.
And day 1 diet consists:
The rules are:
I switched breakfast and lunch around so for breakfast I had a muller light lemon Greek yogurt over blueberries, grapes and a Sharon fruit. I also had a cup of tea and a green tea.
Lunch is two poached eggs and two tomatoes.
Dinner is a fish mix with red, yellow and green peppers and courgettes. Which was pretty yummy if I must say. I then had some strawberries and blueberries.
Day 1 complete and feeling hungry so had a green tea.

Weight Update
After last year losing 2 stone with weight watchers I eased off and have put approx 12lb back on since Christmas. I've tried to get back on track by myself with weight watchers then tried Clean Eating but crumbled after about 3 days. I've been on and off each week with hardly any motivation using My Fitness Pal and lost then gained 2lb here and there.
I have been doing fitness challenges on Facebook events during May and now June and I think that has helped tone arms alittle plus walking.
My bras are till alittle tighter and my stomach looks big so still not happy. I came across a page https://www.facebook.com/nbslimming

Weight Track Weeks 13-16
Week 13: Lost 1lb
I let go at the weekend as we had a family BBQ, I didnt go mad but did enjoy a glass of wine or two. Eek! because of that though I have been focused for the remainder 5 days of the week and tried very hard to stick to the daily 26pp, which meant no wine all week.
People have started to notice my lose so that has made me feel good plus I feel better in clothes. I thought I would have lost a little more than 1lb but its got me to 10stone 13.5lb.
Week 14: Lost 1lb
We had a weekend away and another BBQ which meant more wine and the Sunday I really wanted to eat and gave into a Macdonalds. Monday I felt ill so didn't eat as much as couldn't face it. I'm thinking of doing a detox after feeling so rough and eating rubbish. I bet I haven't lost much if anything this week as the craving for chocolate has come back eek!
To motivate myself I have been looking back at pictures of me last year and now. I wasn't massive but you can see June last year my arms look double the size they do now. That's what 1 1/2 difference looks like.
1lb again which is still a lose and steadily losing so hopefully it will stay off.
Week 15: Lost 0.5lb (OMG Shocked)
Bad start to the new week by having chips on the Saturday and pizza on Sunday and hot chocolates with cream and marshmellows so already eaten into over half of my weekly allowance. Need to be really good the rest of the week and exercise.
Wednesday was the first day of exercise at home - sit-ups, plank, arm dips, squats and stretching.
Tried to be better towards the end of the week and had salads and detox tea. So glad I lost and not gained after the week I had.
Week 16: Maintained
Another not so good week as I used all daily and weekly pro points mainly due to snacking again can't help it but must admit the last two weeks have been stressful with illness and naughtiness from kids.
We had lunch and dinner out on Tuesday dinner was a burger and chips but didn't even enjoy it that much. I tried to gain points with activity by walking a lot but I have been a bit slack on the at home exercise I started the week before. I need to get my motivation back as I'd love another 5lb off before my holiday.
