Weight Track Week 9-12


Week 9: Gained 0.5lb (gutted)
Lots of exercise this week including fitness DVD, BuggyFit and walking. I calculated if I walk to and from the supermarket it is approx 3 miles.
I do tons of walking as I sold my car last year and the boys are getting heavier to push in the buggy so it's a great work out. I am also an Avon Rep so I'm always delivering, posting and collecting orders and books. I've been abit stressy with the boys this week so I have been snacking more again eek! So I guess that is were I went wrong as I nibbled on the boys left overs as well. I used all my extra 49 pp but thought I would be ok as I exercised. It seems to be all about food with me if I lose. 

Week 10: Lost 3lb 
I have had a better week with food after gaining the week before, I have kept the wine as a treat though. I haven't done the exercise dvd this week but have had one session of BuggyFit. I also have some of my extra Pro Points left. 
Reached 10% goal and received my keyring woohoo! 

I've been looking at pounds and kg and I've lost 8kg that's approx 8 bags of sugar that mad when you think about carrying that around with you all day. (156lb).

Week 11: Lost 1.5lb
Feeling good this week as I was curious about trying a size 12 dress on I saw so I put over my clothes and a woman said it looked nice and trendy so I had to buy it but the best thing was its a size 12 amazing it has been so long. I also tried on a denim skirt that I have had in my draw for at least two years and it is not tight anymore hehe!
I have booked a holiday for September which is roughly 10 weeks away and I'm thinking I would like a nice bikini so this will be my aim over the coming weeks as I would like to look good in one (no wobbly bits). 
17.07.14 Feeling Good.
It was hubby's birthday so we do have sausage and chips at the seaside but I shared with my two boys. Also friends staying over so more wine was had eek! I was good in other ways as I gave my chips away at dinner and refused cake and ice cream.

Week 12: Lost 0.5lb (wanted 1lb)
Bad week for wine I've got a taste for it now so I have switched to a light rose. I've walked and sweated a lot in the heat so that must help. One day I was really bad and had half a choc orange (I can't believe I did that) but my boys stressed me out so it was a way to make myself feel better.  
Started the 30 day shred again so just managed 3 days as started Wednesday. I increased the exercise but only had 1 weekly pp left which again shows its all about the food. Gutted I wanted to reach 11 stone this week so close.

Butterfly Pain

OMG I have had another tattoo today and it hurt. 

My original butterfly was when I was 19 years old and for a while I wanted another butterfly so after I lost a stone in weight it was my reward.

The original started to look a blurred mess so today I had it revamped and other added. I love it but the pain got me sweating buckets I thought I was going to faint at one point.

Weight Track Week 5-8

Week 5: Lost 2lb
Another week I was shocked as had a couple of pig outs, wine and had a night out for dinner. I did have some good days though and exercised.

Week 6: Lost 1lb
I really thought I had put on this week but then again dispite some piggy moments I still chose differently for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I seem to drink much more than I used to.

Week 7: Lost 1.5lb
Tried a bit harder this week and managed more walking. Feeling so much better already and dropped a dress size.
I hoped for 2lb to make it a complete stone as I've said once I hit a 1 stone lose I'm getting a tattoo.

Week 8: Lost 1.5lb
This week I increased the exercise and purchased a fitness DVD which I did 3days this week and it killed me. My tattoo is booked :)
I have also put all my size 16 clothes up for sale as I'm never going back.

Why Oh Why?

Does anyone else ever wonder why did they want children so badly?
 I now have two and it has been one of the most stressful periods of my life so far.

My eldest son Ollie was planned and didn't arrive for some time after wanting him so much for a few years but once he was here it hit me like a ton of bricks my life had changed and he has been hard work from day one including pregnancy and his birth. At times now he can be so lovely especially when he's on his own but with his brother and sometimes other kids he is awful and unbearable to be around. I hate saying that but I have to escape from him from time to time as he just makes me want to explode.

My youngest son wasn't planned but was the opposite to Ollie he was so much more chilled out and actually slept. I even found breast feeding easier, calmer and I was less stressed. By 7 months he started to get harder as he was crawling but still easier than Ollie but now he is 1 1/2years and has become increasingly naughty maybe through watching his brother. He hits, throws, shouts and bangs everything. I even had a toy car thrown in my face the other day.
The two together can be your worst nightmare both shouting, screaming and now fighting because they want the same thing but I must admit it normally is Ollie that causes the chaos. When they are separated its bliss but I can't keep doing that all the time as they need to learn to tolerate each other.

I hoped I would enjoy motherhood and being at home with the kids as I longed for it for so long but now I'm wishing time away so I can get myself back again.
