Healthy Start to be Slimmer for Birthday no.35

Like most January's it means be healthy and get fit so WC 04.01.16 My first day of my health kick and need it as scales hit 11st 10lb yet again. It was a good week and lost 3lb stuck to 1200 cals Mon-Fri then 1500cals at weekend. I hope to lose a stone before my 35th birthday in March.

WC 11.01.16 - 11st 7lb.  
Started well and went for a run but then lost motivation on the Wednesday and had friends round at the weekend so alcohol was introduced again. Stayed the same which was good going.

WC 18.01.16 - 11st 7lb.
All motivation out of the window.
But thought if I can't control what goes in my mouth maybe exercise would be a good way to shape up so started (23.01.16) Day 1 of the 30 day shred - level 1. Tough going but I'm doing it.

WC 25.01.16 - 11st 11lb WHAT I exercised. Will keep going but forgot to weigh myself again.

WC 01.02.16 - 11st 8lb Yay I'm back on track, exercise doing well and even walking more again. Day 11 (05.02.16)of the 30 day shred - level 2

WC 08.02.16 - 11st 8lb Staying the same but I think if I had have controlled my food intake I would have lost more but the exercise alone is making me less wobbly and arms more toned. As I feel better I have tried not to obsess over weighing myself.

Day 21 (17.02.16) of the 30 day shred - level 3 This exercise does work, it is a bit of a chore as I need 20mins out which isn't as easy as some might think when you have kids as after you have to shower as you sweat like a pig and kids like to interrupt.

WC 29.02.16 - 11st 8lb At least maintaining rather than putting on. 

05.03.16 Started taking a supplement African Mango which helps curb cravings and belly fat. You take 1-2 tablets a day.

WC 07.03.16 - 11st 6 Woohoo! Best so far. 

Well my aim was 14lb lose before my 35th birthday which is on 12th March so it's taken me from 4th Jan to 7th Mar to lose 4lb which is pretty pathetic but if I am good this week maybe I could make it half a stone. At least I started exercising to tone my body. If I cut out the snacking I bet the weight would drop off but it is so hard to do. I need to keep motivated, I'm not fat so I don't need to stress as much as I do over weight so it should be about feeling good and making healthy choices.
