Day 2 Food Boot Camp

Couldn't wait for breakfast today so had porridge with a handful of blueberries and a cup of tea. Already feeling better for this as I think normally I have so much sugar in a day and wheat I'm less bloated.

Lunch is Tuscan bean soup and a banana that I had mid afternoon with a green tea. 

Dinner consisted of small chicken breast with a mountain of broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots plus a little spinach. I did miss having potato like the rest of the family but got through. 


I finished the day with a green tea, never drank so much green tea.
