Today's menu 
So this morning I had porridge with a few blueberries and 2 cups of tea. 
Lunch was a weight watchers chicken soup which was a little late in the day as I'd been out completing chores so lots of walking today. 
Mid afternoon I had another tea and a herbal tea as was hungry. 
Dinner was salmon with courgettes, peppers and mushrooms which was lovely. 
Off the menu I did have an ice lolly but that's under 50 calories.
Still feeling hungry as I had plenty of exercise with walking and squats so had a Greek strawberry yogurt snack.
