Clean Eating Day 2

Another day I can do this, feeling a little irritable and tired though so hopefully this clean eating will start making a difference.

Breakfast: Porridge Oats made with water and added blueberries. Herbal Tea.
It wasn't to bad considering I normally have it with milk. 

Snack: Elephant food nut mix that I started yesterday. 

Feeling alittle sick so didn't make a full lunch today. Maybe I'm being too healthy my body can't cope. 

Lunch: Flax seed bar, coconut and water.

Actually enjoyed the 9 bar very tasty. The coconut is pretty Moreish but not sure I should eat the whole tub as it's quite high in calories. How does that work, I'm not counting anything but even healthy food has calories. 

Snack: Lemon and Coriander Houmous with carrot sticks.


Dinner: Chilli Stir Fry with Quorn mince 
This was nice and had quite a kick to it. 

About 9pm though I started to feel hungry so out came the grapes. Can't give in to those malteasers in the cupboard I can't.
