Monday 9th is my clean eating kick off so no tea, coffee, chocolate, wine or any bad food basically. I've had take aways galore this weekend and feel FAT.
I'm not sure what has happened to me as I did so well on weight watchers getting to goal in 6 months. I had hick ups with holiday, Christmas and new year but for one week after I did well and lost 2.5lb then I went completely off track just wanted to eat I don't know if it was down to stress, the weather being so cold or just lack of motivation but now I need to stop as I'm putting on roughly 3lb a week .
I am so fed up with tracking food and counting points every day I thought if I eat well I won't need to count as everything will be good that's going in my mouth (aim anyway).
