Breakfast: Banana and ginger tea
Lunch: I had to take boys to Dr today and grandma came and treated us to lunch so I went alittle off course but as good as could be with Carrot and Corriander soup but had brown bread sandwich with salad and bacon (fat taken off). I also gave in to a cappuccino uh oh!
Snack: Ginger tea with a handful of choc sticks (another not so clean eating item).
Dinner: Not really feeling the Clean Eating today with fish fingers and potatoes but I enjoyed it.
Also had a dessert today which were Strawberries, blueberries with weight watchers yogurt and a mini meringue.
Not a good day following the diet but it's still less than what I have been eating.
Confession I did have a glass of wine.
