Day 1: The day started with fruit
Not too bad as a full stomach from yesterday's takeaway. I have to eat lots of fruit and veg on this diet but too much fruit bloats me so see how I go.
My snack today will be this Elephant Food ha! It's actually quite nice.
Lunch: spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, avocado, pumpkin and sesame seeds with splash of olive oil and lemon. Sounds ultra healthy but all I wanted was an egg sandwich.
Dinner: Mix of roasted veg and lemon coated fish. The fish was good as had so much flavour but veg was alittle boring. Started to feel annoyed as all this effort because you have to watch weight. I need to enjoy food.
Started to feel hungry in the evening so had a Ginger herbal tea.
Day 1 complete Thank Good.
