Weight issues

I'm struggling again to eat right I had lost 2.5lb since the Christmas and New Year  binge but I put on 3lb after weigh in on 30th Jan which takes me back up to 10stone 13lb eek! This takes me back to August last year.

I'm so unmotivated at the moment even though in March we have a mini holiday by the sea and its my 34th birthday which is approx 5 weeks away. I need to get back on track as I know I will feel down otherwise. I've loved fitting in size 12 clothes and getting rid of those size 16s so why am I jeopardising all my hard work. 

Some days I wake thinking right I'm going to be good today which I do but by the end of the day it's all gone to pot. 

Yesterday I started my 7 minute app exercise and today I woke up very achy  which shows I haven't exercised for a while. The app prompts you each day so I will make myself do it as it is only 7 minutes. By the summer I will be pleased I did so got to keep it going.
