Well day 3 of a health kick and my All Day Energy book still hasn't arrived so
I'm not sure I'm doing this right or not.

Clean Day 1
Breakfast: Apple and cinnamon porridge made with almond milk. Tasted pretty good better than water.
Snack: Naked Bar Cocoa Orange. Not sure I would have this again it maybe healthy snack but you have to enjoy it otherwise don't think I'd bother.
Lunch: Last nights left overs that I made for boys. Quorn mince, pasta and sweet and sour sauce. Hope this is okay to eat but not sure what else to have.
Ginger Tea added to the mix.
Snack: hunger pangs started and all I could think of was chocolate but I had Apple and a satsuma instead.
Wasn't enough so had some nuts and goji berries aswell.
Dinner: Leafy salad, spinach, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, salmon and alittle garlic sauce for flavour.
Felt alittle stressed this evening so I was easily convinced to have a glass of wine and it was enjoyed very much.
